Abstract

PROBLEM: women's lifestyle can be influenced by cultural, social, and economic factors, this directly affects their emotional well-being. OBJECTIVE: determine the relationship between lifestyle and its impact on emotional well-being. METHOD: The group of participants will be followed up for one month. The population will be Ladino women between 25 and 50 years old, selected randomly. Pre- and post-intervention participation will be required. Data collection will be through the Beck Depression Inventory, Beck Anxiety Inventory, and Lifestyle Information Questionnaire. The intervention will be a group session in accordance with the objectives of the study. Pre- and post-intervention data will be compared. The results will be presented, and their implications will be discussed in terms of the relationship between lifestyle and emotional well-being. RESULTS: indicate that the intervention had a positive effect on most participants by reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Most experienced significant improvement, suggesting the intervention was effective. CONCLUSION: the intervention had a positive impact on changing habits, improving the emotional well-being of women. Significant reductions in symptoms of depression and anxiety, as well as improvements in lifestyle, were observed.
