Abstract

PROBLEM: stress and work environment, factors that predispose the affectation of executive functions. RESULTS: the research showed that the average age ranges between 26 and 35 years, with a higher level academic degree 26%, and 56% of studies at a diversified level, with the female gender being the most representative in academic preparation 52% of employees, likewise their cognitive flexibility in 48% is representative to say that it is necessary to modify and improve the risk factors that hinder even adequate planning 47% that employees apply when they are under stress or an unpleasant hostile environment such as the work environment, decreasing its inhibitory control capacity by up to 20%, which hinders working memory and problem solving by up to 30%, CONCLUSION: the older and the higher the level of schooling, a better emotional and mental state can be guaranteed that promotes attention and concentration to modify behavioral changes that reduce stress and improve the work environment to develop the different skills Activities that involve working memory, this represented by 48% with greater cognitive flexibility, planning and adequate working memory.
